Learning Modern Web Development: My Webinar Experience
Last April 25, 2026, I attended a webinar entitled “Learn How to Design, Build, and Deploy Modern, Responsive Websites” conducted through Google Meet. As a BSIT student, this webinar became a valuable learning experience because it introduced important concepts and practices in modern web development.
The webinar discussed how websites are designed and developed to become responsive and user-friendly across different devices such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones. The speakers emphasized that modern websites should not only look visually appealing but should also provide a smooth and efficient experience for users. This helped me realize the importance of responsive web design in today’s digital world where most people access websites through mobile devices.
One of the topics that caught my attention was the process of building and deploying websites. The speakers explained the workflow of web development, from planning the website layout and interface to publishing the website online. They also introduced different web development tools, frameworks, and technologies that are commonly used by developers today. Through this discussion, I gained a better understanding of how professional websites are created and maintained.
The webinar also inspired me to improve my skills in web development and continue learning modern technologies. As someone who develops systems and projects as part of my course, I realized that responsive design and proper user experience are important factors in creating effective web applications. The knowledge I gained from this webinar can help me improve my future projects and become more prepared for real-world IT work.
Overall, the webinar was informative, engaging, and beneficial for students who are interested in web development and technology. The speakers explained the topics clearly and provided practical examples that made the discussion easier to understand. I am thankful for the opportunity to attend this webinar because it expanded my knowledge and motivated me to continue exploring the field of web development.
